Air frying allows you to fry foods without the need for oil or butter, which makes it healthier than traditional deep frying. , as well as being easier to clean up.Air F ried Zucchini NoodlesFor the egg (makes one serving)1/2 cup of milk (or water)1 tablespoon of cornstarch, whisked together with 2 tablespoons of cold water (preferably) or tapioca starch, whisked together with 2 tablespoons of cold water (preferably)1/4 teaspoon of salt pinch of pepper mix the milk, cornstarch and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a simmer and thickens (about 2-3 minutes). To make sure it doesn’t burn on the bottom, remove it from the heat at this point. Add in the shredded chicken and cooked rice. Stir in until everything is well coated with the sauce. Add the fried onion and green bell pepper strips, then mix in all but 1/4 of the cilantro. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle with the remaining cilantro. Serve with lime wedges, extra cilantro sprigs, and torn tortillas.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cover for about 5 minutes or until you can smell them cooking. 3) Add the tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes or until they are soft, stirring occasionally. 4) Stir in the black beans, cilantro, and water; cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the zucchini is tender. 5) Season with salt and pepper to taste.6) Serve warm with chopped cilantro on top if desired.
