This delicious recipe is actually super easy to make. It is soft in consumption, and this caramelized almond vanilla cake is a fluffy savor. Moreover, it goes well with your evening tea or coffee.  From your little to large celebration to the next level, try making this into a layered cake with a tinge of vanilla essence.

Despite the struggle to add a few elements to this cake, it’s still relatively easy to get your hands on this recipe. Just mix the ingredients, mix it, and make the cake batter lump-free—Bake on medium heat for 50 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare your caramel to the top if off. Just evenly spread your caramel and reheat it for a few minutes. Cool it down and devour!

Pineapple Pound Cake

A sweet, fresh, citrusy pineapple cake- perfect for a celebration! I think this is one age-old flavor, and people prefer to have it without any ado. This cake is forever classy and also super easy to make. The pineapple cake is a moist, spongy cake with a rich buttercream frosting that tastes like the tropics.

Pineapple cake is an old fashioned pound cake. The earliest mention of it was in the 1930s, but it has been speculated that earlier recipes may exist. This cake has layers of whipped cream, sponge cake, and pineapple compote. On top of each cake layer, try brushing some pineapple syrup, but you can brush it with some simple syrup instead.

Ingredients that you can use: 1/2 cup butter; softened, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 can crushed pineapple (juice included), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; optional, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt. This recipe makes a two-layered 8inch cake. Apply whipped cream preferably on the edges of the cake and fill the center with the compote.

Black Forest Cake

If “All is fair in love”, so is this delicious savory—black forest cake. This cake is one of my favorites in the repertoire. Every house member falls in love with it every time I make it. Trust or not, this is an eggless cake with lots of cherry compote, whipped cream, a silky chocolate ganache, and some fresh cherries.

To augment the cherry essence in the cake, I always make a cherry syrup in advance. To make the syrup, cook pitted cherries, sugar, and water till all the sugar dissolves and you end up with a thick and slurry mixture. At last, sieve out the residue, and all you are left with is the fine cherry syrup.

Making of Black Forest Cake

Make a three-tiered black forest cake, preferably using an 8inch cake pan for baking each layer. To ensure that all your cake layers are even and of the same height, divide your cake batter into three equal portions. For the most precise results, weigh each serving in grams, but if you want, you can also use cups to maintain an even distribution of batter.
